Weddings, corporate events, private parties, school dances, community festivals—if it needs music, we’re there.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The balance due is 30 days before the event.

Do you travel for events?

Yep! We’re based in Central Indiana, but we’re down to travel. Just let us know where and we’ll figure out the logistics.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We get it—things happen. We offer full or partial refunds depending on how far in advance you cancel. Ask us for the full breakdown.

How do I book Thunder Sound Solutions?

How early do you arrive to set up?

We usually arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before go-time to make sure everything runs smooth and sounds flawless.

Do you bring all your own gear?

Absolutely, all we need is a power source. Speakers, lights, mics, cables, and backups—we’ve got it covered.

What if the event is outdoors?

No problem, unless the weather becomes a threat to our team or equipment. We’re equipped for indoor and outdoor events. Just let us know ahead so we can prep accordingly.

What kind of equipment do you use?

Only high-quality, pro-level gear. Clean sound, strong bass, wireless mics, lighting effects—you’ll hear and feel the difference.

Can you work with a live band or other vendors?

Totally. We love collaborating and can coordinate timing, transitions, and even share sound systems if needed.

Can I send you a playlist or song requests?

100%! We’ll also build a custom playlist based on your preferences, theme, and guest list.

Will you take requests from guests?

If you’re cool with it, we’re cool with it. Just let us know your “must-play” and “do-not-play” lists, and we’ll take it from there.

Can you also MC the event?

Yes—we can handle intros, announcements, transitions, and keep the energy flowing.
